Olympic & Relay:	1500m swim - 40k cycle - 10k run
Sprint & Relay:	750m swim - 20k cycle - 5k run
Super Sprint & Fun:	200m swim - 20k cycle - 2.5k run
Minimum Age:	16 years for Fun, Super Sprint, Sprint, Sprint Relay distances & Olympic Relay team members 17 years for Olympic distance individuals
Approx Start Times:	Open Olympic 7.00am Female & Relay Olympic 7.05am Open Sprint 7.50am Female & Relay Sprint 7.55am Super Sprint & Fun 8.00am
Please Note: Competitor Race Day Information (Individual Start Times, Bib Numbers etc) will be emailed out to competitors 7-10 days before the event.

This popular outdoor swimming venue is spectator friendly and offers other open water activities, including a water park and paddle boarding for all the family. The spring-fed freshwater lake has excellent water quality and no current so why not make a family day of it.

You will collect your race numbers, timing chip, stickers etc. at registration on the day.

Triathlon @ Alderford Swim Course Map

The water depth is between 2 to 3 metres. There will be safety canoeists on the course.

Wetsuits are compulsory for the Olympic Triathlon.

Wetsuits are not compulsory for the sprint, super sprint & fun triathlons.
